as per our countries foreign policy- we are not allowed to do a few things:
1. bomb our own state department..
2. assasinate foreign leaders .(its called ""The-Bay-Of-Pigs-Incedent".. you should google it.)

but i must advise you that there is no policy about assasinating crazy American religious zealots who cause trouble and threaten to bomb a federal building.
