im crippled
i have no idea what happened but i am an invalid
i sent out an email plea for the name of a good chiropractor as well as drugs that will facilitate the speedy relaxing of my over-anxious muscles.

a new bone seems to have grown in my shoulder.
and im trying to figure out how to get it removed before we leave for the island in about 9 hours.

any suggestions will be taken.
