i really didnt want to crowd my last announcement/pronouncement/post
but
this has been a really big few weeks.
hence the not writing
and no my chick-a-dees i was not having week-long orgies for two in casa de lesbo
we were busy with other things

i was working 2 freelance projects and dead set that i would only work 3 days a week over the summer.
you do the math there.
i had no business taking that second project.
but who says no to 'the house of Jcrew'

well
i do
but then they begged
and it was so pathetic that i finally gave in.
which gave me a few 14-16 hour workdays
and who has time for all that work when you are trying to get your grey goose and seltzer on?

i am now free of JCrew
i did my duty
but they want me to come back for something else.
as julio says
"they ALWAYS call back"

this is not the exciting part.
but thanks for sticking with it.

you all know that my gf is amazing.
if you dont already know her personally, you probably know her from seeing her name EVERYWHERE. everytime you open a magazine...i have noticed it myself.

she does lights for Frankie Knuckles.
he loves her more than a fat kid love cake.
he was responsible for getting her in front of David Morales which led to her residency at Stereo in Montreal.
she has no more than 4 DJ's to whom she would never say no.
Frankie is the first on her list.
so after the pride gig at splash he told her about his new residency in Italy and his new apartment in Bologna and told her that he wants her to come do lights for him in Venice.

so
we are going to Italy.
i have been pushing (rather tapping-i wouldnt have to try too hard)to try to stay for the month between her first 2 dates.
I have always held out on Italy because I wanted to do it right.
other places i flew in and out of in a week or 2. i have always wanted at least a month for Italy.
the other thing i must tell you is that Liz is Sicillian
not Sicillian-American
her mom barely speaks english.
her family is still in Italy
her Aunt Bettina loves me
i am going to be a big fat ass when i get back.

and?!?!?
my sister is moving back!!
and?!?!?
no just to the tri-state area
to Brooklyn.

i so love my life right now.
