so a little piece of landry trivia that most of you don't know....
i collect comic books
and i can be a little nerdy about it
however they are cool comics
no super heroes (well except for maybe jennifer but i will get to that later)
no tights
no sci fi
and mostly cool girls (jennifer who isn't so much of a girl but i will include her here since she wears a dress)
but ADD being what it is...i will devour comic books when they come out and then forget to check when the new issues come out.
this results in a loss of issues. once a comic book comes out and the store sells out of it they cant order it. the only way they can get it is if someone sells it back to them.
i am missing issues from every single comic i collect.

hmmmm i might be on to something.

which has a sort of funny, if not sad and pathetic landry story attached to it. there is a character named gwen who is this sort of balls out stompy low key really hot dyke.
i have this quirky tendancy to fall for cartoon characters which, if i had a therapist, would be a good thing to discuss (every session)
but i had this ridiculous crush on her
i had copy a drawing of her standing over a sink in nothing but her underwear with these big boots on in my cube at work for a really long time
until people started to tell me that it was 'unhealthy' or some such nonsense.
i kept thinking that i wanted Liz to read them so i brought them to her and realized that as soon as i opened the comic, that gwen looks JUST LIKE liz.

my monkey's name is jennifer by ken knudsen
its basically the story of this boy chimp who becomes the pet/plaything of this awful and stupid girl. she makes the monkey wear dresses and have tea and calls it jennifer.
the monkey hates her and wants to kill her
jennifer is my hero
she/he says all the things i wish i was allowed to say to people without getting arrested for menacing
