what would my friends do if i went spiraling into a black hole of self destruction?

what do you do with someone who is hell bent on wrecking themselves?

how do you save them?

or what if i became crazy.
and i mean the kind of crazy that ends up making people unpredictable?
homeless?
unable to take care of themselves?
or even a danger to themselves?
homocidal?
suicidal?

what do you do when someone you love falls into something so black and so deep that you can't get them out?
