my shoulders are shot.
i never realize how much stuff takes a toll on me until my shoulder practically freezes up on me.

i stay up all night
i have barely eaten in 3 weeks
i feel like this happens to me almost every summer.

although i do not even have nectarines any more to suppliment my summer "orange food" diet.
(nectarines, carrots, orange juice and tequila)

but loe is coming into town this weekend
she will indulge me in my bad living habits.
and laugh about it
