I have been asked by the lovely and charming Chris to be a part of this rad thing that she is putting together. I am totally humbled and a little nervous.
It is an anti-valentines thing of sorts which you all know i am SO DOWN with.
it is called

Worst. Sex. Ever.

and I will be reading one of my blog-style stories out loud to a room full of people.
I am not going to post the story so that i can get all of you bastards to show up.
and for those of you who can not (for whatever lame reason you have) show up, I will post the story AFTER the show.
It was sort of funny because when she asked me to do it, it was because of the blog and since i never really thought of bad sex as a real thing i never wrote about it. So in trying to do so i found that my writing voice is totally different depending on whether i am writing on the computer or on a pc of paper. When i write on paper i am much more flowery and eloquent. When i blog, i write like i talk.
i mean don't get me wrong, i can be funny when i talk.

and long winded and tending toward tangents
so at least when i blog there is that lovely little edit button that you should all be VERY thankful for, because there is no edit button when i am actually talking.
and one minute i will be talking about a show that chris is putting together and the next minute i will be talking about my writing style and my tangents.
