if you can get out of the city tonight i suggest doing so.
the Perseids meteor showers put on their yearly show tonight.
the moon is also to be showing ALL of its face for the festivities, possibly dulling the show. however, it seems that in 2000 there was also to be a full moon and while every one was waiting something extrordinary happened
