at this time last year, i was sitting with my sister, rubbing her leg while she told me that she would "never do this again"
she turned to john and said "do you like her?"
john said "of course i do."
and she said
"well good because your not getting anymore. do you know what adoption is?"

i walked in just as she popped out. John was holding her. i stopped in the doorway and started to cry when i saw her.
"john, is that her?!?!?" (like maybe it was just the 'practice' baby or something)
he said "yeah! can you believe it?!?!?"

they put her down and i just started SOBBING and when i went over to my sisters bed i was even worse.
it was completely surreal. she'd lost a lot of blood and she looked blue, so of course i was a mess.
and she just kept saying "is she beautiful jenn?"
and i said "she is the most GORGEOUS creature i have ever laid eyes on."
