i noticed that i have been grinding my teeth at night. I wake up and my shoulders are frozen.
it feels like the first few months after i moved to NY.
I lived in the dorms and i would wake up some mornings practically paralyzed. I would have to go home to my parents house and go to the chiropractor sometimes 2-3 times in a weekend to feel normal. living here full time was different than sneaking in on the train.
i am adept at reinvention. i am the expert on burning down my own house and rebuilding from scratch. the house is usually better and much more sturdy than the one that stood there before. so that should not push me to these dreams that i am having at night and the sweating that accompanies them.
something really strange happened last night and i am not sure if i dreamt it or not and as of this hour i have not been able to confirm it, but the girl called me in the middle of the night in her sleep and sounded distressed. i think she asked me if i was ok.
i think i said i was, but remembered that i was having a nightmarish sort of dream and it felt like it was 95 degrees in my room.
so i read aaron's blog this am and got weepy. partially because i wanted to kill people on the subway this morning and went out of my way to be a bitch and partially because i hate seeing people so raw.
go out and dance, aaron!!
maybe you will feel better even if it is just for a few minutes.
