the waiting on this job is getting really difficult. I am sad and i miss the girl but i try to be practical. when she calls and she is sad and she wants this all to move a little faster i want to drop everything and go there.

on the flip side of that, when i am out in prospect park in 3 feet of snow, with my girls, laughing and getting knocked over and wrestling and making snow angels and pretending that we are waiting for the snowcat to come rescue us and threatening the first one of them to get snow down the back of my coat to be the first one I eat when the snowcat doesn't get there to save us, i can't imagine life without them there everyday. this is NOT going to be easy.
