snow...protest...snow...protest

i can't decide what is taking up more brain space.

the protests here in NYC were amazing. I was shocked to see so many people out. It got to a bit of a slow start for my merry little band as friends of friends were playing hide and seek with us and it was COLD AS FUCK. I was starting to get cranky. But the kicker was that once we FINALLY found them, they took off, not to be seen for the rest of the day. Which was fine with me because they would have annoyed me for the entire day. The 5 minutes i spent with them was annoying enough. good riddance. It was good to hear so many people speaking so eloquently about it. I have decided that today, i don't feel like getting up on the soapbox so i will just say that it was a beautiful thing to see so many different kinds of people out for a really important common cause. It made me think that MAYBE we can change the course of this thing.
